Michael Alvarado aka Prophet Link is a native of the Bronx, a husband and a father of four beautiful children. Michael is a servant of God with a heart for people and an agent of change. Michael's tumultuous upbringing coupled with his life-changing experiences have given him a keen understanding of and desire for social justice and advocacy.

 

Music is one of the various conduits Michael uses to express his life experiences and testimony as a Christian Hip Hop Artist and Cohost of Rise Up Worldwide.  Always one to "pay it forward" Michael launched Be Wise Inc in March of 2016 and serves as Founder and CEO. Be Wise Inc, which "is an artistry and brand that exemplifies making wise choices based on biblical principles." Michael says that we at Be Wise are, "sharing Wisdom On PURPOSE and "Wisdom ON Purpose." Digital Marketing, Branding and Merchandising are amongst the biggest assets of Be Wise with the intention of instilling life skills and professional development in high-risk youth.

 

With a passion for advocacy and social justice Michael services the community of East Harlem as well as the greater NYC in a number of ways. He wears many other hats and holds various titles on boards, committees and community groups, but the most significant to him is that of a bondservant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
